Terms of Service | Conlee Garrett Moving and Storage

These terms govern quotes, bookings, and moving services provided by Conlee Garrett Moving and Storage, a licensed and insured Texas household-goods carrier based in Bryan, TX.

Quotes and pricing

Written flat-rate quotes are based on the inventory, addresses, and details provided at the time of booking. Significant changes to inventory or scope after booking may require a revised quote, communicated in writing before move day.

Scheduling and cancellation

We ask for as much notice as possible for date changes or cancellations. Same-day and last-minute bookings are accepted based on crew and truck availability.

Liability and coverage

Cargo coverage applies to items on our trucks for the duration of the move as described in your quote. Federal released-value protection (60 cents per pound per article) applies unless full-value protection is purchased, consistent with standard household-goods carrier requirements.

Storage

Short-term storage is billed monthly with no long-term contract required. Items in storage remain covered under the same cargo coverage terms.
